River City Strings provides music education and event performances, led by violinist and violist Teresa Bellamy.
Welcome To
River City Strings
Providing private violin and viola lessons.
Offered in-person in Cascade, MI, I teach students of all ages and skill-levels. I tailor lessons to each individual student and all students have access to performance opportunities.
River City Youth Strings is a youth orchestra for 1st-5th grade students playing violin, viola, cello, or bass. Open to students beginner-early intermediate, the orchestra fosters teamwork, technique, and performance skills. Rehearsals are held in the Ada, MI area.
I offer chamber music coaching for intermediate-advanced musicians. Open to students age 8+, chamber music coaching fosters collaboration and musical leadership.
Pre-formed groups can register immediately or individuals can be placed on a waiting list until a group can be formed. Coaching is offered in-person in Cascade, MI.
We provide professional live music for events such as weddings, funerals, and special occasions. Whether booking a solo musician, duo, trio, or quartet, the focus remains the same: elegant music, meaningful moments, and a polished professional experience.
For events, we are based in Grand Rapids, MI and travel to surrounding areas.
River City Strings provides high-quality music education while bringing beautiful live music to life’s most important occasions.
